Perusahaan Air Minum (PAM) Jaya and water operator for West area, PT PAM Lyonnaise Jaya (Palyja) have agreed to restructure the cooperation agreement (PKS).
I hope the new agreement will be able to decrease leaking under 30 percent
As the initial step, both sides signed MoU about PKS restructurization which was firstly provided on June 6, 1997.
Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, hopes the agreement will be able to improve the water management in the capital.

“I hope the new agreement will be able to decrease leaking under 30 percent,” he said, Tuesday (10/25).
Water connection for household is targeted to reach 10 million connections in the next two years.
Meanwhile, PAM Jaya Director, Erlan Hidayat, explained the restructurization will complete in the next six months.
“The PKS is totally changed,” he explained.
